Be the First to Ride the Spartan Line to East Lansing
the Weekend of November 17
Whether you regularly go back to MSU or have not returned since graduation, you may be unaware of how much has changed on and around campus. Chicago-area Spartans are invited back to East Lansing aboard a specially reserved Amtrak car wrapped entirely in Green and White during the weekend of November 16-18th to take in all that is new in Greater Lansing, including the world-class $45 million Broad Art Museum, new Spartan Stadium scoreboards, Brody Square Dining Service and more.
The Spartan Line is a first-of-its-kind alliance between Amtrak, MSUAA and community partners in Chicago and Greater Lansing that is receiving national press attention for its unique and bold design. The Spartan Line will deliver you to the doorstep of campus and back to downtown Chicago on a uniquely branded weekend experience. Starting with the MSU vs. Northwestern football weekend, and returning again on the weekend of December 22nd when the Texas Longhorns take on the Spartan men's basketball team, the Spartan line will offer you the opportunity to be at the center of it all in a way you never imagined possible.
The Spartan Line Package (Nov. 16 - 18)
The Spartan Line package rate for Northwestern football weekend is $120. This includes:
